The Las Vegas Raiders need the Baltimore Ravens to lose one of their final four games, so all eyes will be their matchup on MNF against Cleveland.

Sunday was a nightmare scenario for the Las Vegas Raiders, as they were beaten soundly by the team directly ahead of them in the AFC Playoff picture. The Indianapolis Colts came into Allegiant Stadium and ran all over the Raiders defense, and in the end, the team decided to part ways with defensive coordinator Paul Guenther.

The loss moved the Raiders to 7-6 on the season, and with the loss, they have now been on the wrong side of the final score three times in the last four games. The losses have mounted, severely hurting the team’s chances of making the playoffs this season, but there is still a narrow path to the postseason remaining.

For quarterback Derek Carr, he would like nothing more than to lead this team to the playoffs this season, as he is playing at a high level, and has never actually played in a playoff game. If the Raiders can get their act together, especially on defense, they are a tough out for anyone, but they have looked nothing like a playoff team as of late.

Still, they are alive, and on Monday night, one of the pieces of the puzzle could fall into place.
