Las Vegas Raiders narrow path to the playoffs can improve Monday night
Ravens loss and win out
On Monday night, the Baltimore Ravens will head to Cleveland to take on the Browns, who have gotten out to a 9-3 start to the 2020 NFL season. The Ravens, however, have struggled mightily at times, but they are getting healthy after COVID-19 ravaged them on both sides of the ball a few weeks back.
With a loss to the Browns, the Ravens will fall to 7-6, and would actually move behind the Raiders in the playoff race. That would make the Raiders one game out of the Wild Card, and in control of their own destiny moving forward.
Remember, the Raiders still get Miami at home, a team in front of them in the Wild Card, and if they finish with the same record as Baltimore, they get in due to conference record. Just like last season, the Silver and Black are going to have to take care of business, and get help, but hopefully, the result is different than a year ago.
Of course, any win has been hard to come by for the Raiders in recent weeks, as they have seen another solid start to the season turn into a potential nightmare. It is a short week for the Silver and Black, as they will need to beat division rival, Los Angeles, at home, and then hope to get the help they need next weekend.
