Raiders beat the Chargers by double-digits

Nobody saw this collapse coming, and I mean nobody.  The Raiders suffered a similar fate last year by surprising a lot of people by playing well early, then fell apart at the end of the season eventually losing to two bad teams in the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Denver Broncos. However, this season was supposed to be different.

Most of the Raiders’ money this offseason went to fixing the defense, as the expectation was the offense would take a step forward with the young talent they have.  The offense did their part, but as we stated earlier, the defense has been atrocious.

Other than the Atlanta Falcons game, the offense has been a top five offense in the NFL.  With my prediction of the defense playing better, and the offense continuing to do their thing, this is a bold, but easy prediction for me to make.

Next. Forget the scenarios, the Las Vegas Raiders need to Just Win Baby. dark

The Raiders will take care of business tonight, beating their division rival by ten points or more, and getting their season on track. Even without the guys missing on defense, they will play better under Marinelli, and Carr will shred this defense to the tune of 300 yards and three touchdowns.
