The Las Vegas Raiders have a few players that came in this season under one-year deals. The question is, who should be back?

There will be some difficult decisions ahead for Las Vegas Raiders general manager Mike Mayock and head coach Jon Gruden as we enter the next offseason. In particular, they have to decide who will be returning from their crop of one-year deal players, as they had several key contributors who played under the cloud of just a single season contract.

Just like any other team, some of these players had solid seasons, and others, well, not so much.

So many factors have affected the team this year, from injuries, COVID-19, terrible playcalling, and questionable coaching. Despite this, most of the following players had productive seasons in their first season so far with the Raiders. Unfortunately, it appears that the team will miss the playoffs once again, which will lead to changes to the roster.

That being said, take a look at some of the players that could possibly be done with the Silver and Black after this year.
