The Las Vegas Raiders close their 2020 season against Denver on the road, and here is how you can bet the action in Week 17.

Not to harp on the negative, but I don’t think I’ve seen something as atrocious as I did in the Las Vegas Raiders’ last game against the Miami Dolphins in quite some time. Want to hear something crazy? The anomaly was hit in that game, as the Dolphins had covered three points in 15 of 18 wins over the Raiders all-time, and (even more egregious) 7 of 7 wins AT the Raiders up until last week.

We landed on the Raiders to win, and subsequently cover three points as the underdog with the over 48 being hit.

Up until the craziness at the end, we were headed towards a Raiders win and cover with a push of the 48 points. But thanks to Ryan Fitzpatrick, who has long been a nemesis of mine in my game predicting, and yet another defensive blunder called from the Vegas sidelines, the Fins managed to win this game with the Raiders covering 3 points.

The anomaly was hit. The improbable happened. But even more sadly, the Raiders got their soul snatched from them. That was a win that you don’t forget for quite a long time. I’m not quite on board with the chants for Jon Gruden to get the boot, but at this point, he is in the crosshairs.

Strong starts and weak finishes are becoming a trend with Gruden and now people are starting to catch on to it.

This offseason is going to be huge for the Raiders because they need to decide what they want to do at quarterback and also what they need to do to build a defense to be proud of consistently.
