The Raiders now look ahead to the 2021 NFL season

The win is definitely a happy ending to a tough season, and the Raiders will go into the 2021 offseason with a lot of issues on both sides of the ball. On offense, they will look to continue to solidify the wideout spot, and fill in some gaps along the offensive line, but are set at many positions.

The defense, however, may need another makeover, as free agents came in and underperformed, and the young players struggled in Year 1 and 2. Still, this is a franchise that has improved in win totals in each of the three seasons since Gruden returned, and now they have to bring in the talent to get them over the hump.

We have seen a lot of good, and a whole lot of bad this season, but in the end, it was not a losing campaign, something we have not been able to say on a yearly basis.

They have some key players in place for the 2021 campaign, and some young and exciting talent, but improvements are needed if they want to finally make it back to the playoffs next season.
