OLB Matt Judon

Matt Judon is another product of the Baltimore Ravens player development department as they took the 2016 fifth-round pick from Grand Valley State, and turned him into a star. Judon became a starter in his second year with the Ravens in 2017 and has been a consistent pass rush and playmaking threat ever since.

Judon has 30.5 sacks, seven forced fumbles, and 50 tackles for loss for Baltimore in the past four years, and has averaged more than 50 tackles per season. The linebacker plays all over the field for Baltimore and is a player whose best quality is his effort and non-stop motor.

He is the type of player that would fit into any defense and would be an immediate upgrade for the Raiders at linebacker.

The primary obstacle for Judon coming to Las Vegas, much like the rest of the younger players on this list, is the price tag. The Raiders may be priced into rookies or veteran players on short-term deals, but at 28, Judon may be looking for one last big contract before he enters the tail end of his career.

That may more than likely come from the Ravens, but they may choose to go younger at the position and allow him to move on. Judon is the type of player that can help change the direction of the Raiders defense with his leadership and playmaking ability and is absolutely someone the front office should target this summer.
