Bryan Edwards – WR

Bryan Edwards came in on Day 1 and started on the outside for the Raiders to start off the 2020 season. In his first three games, he made some nice plays but was not getting open enough for the number of snaps he played.

In Week 3 he suffered an ankle injury which would keep him out of action for five games.

After returning in Week 9, the rookie saw the field only sparingly, with 32% of the offensive snaps being his highest percentage of playtime for the remainder of the season in Week 15.

Edwards did end the season on a high note, however, hauling in a 26-yard touchdown as well as a 25-yard catch that set up another touchdown for the Las Vegas Raiders.

The former Gamecock was highly-regarded coming out of college and thought to be one of the Raiders’ better picks of their 2020 class post-draft. With a balanced set of skills and great size and physicality, the Raiders will be looking for him to be their jump-ball and read-zone threat in the future.
