The Las Vegas Raiders posted an 8-8 record during the 2020 NFL season, though expectations were pretty high after their 6-3 start. Unfortunately, for the second season in a row, the Raiders struggled down the stretch, missing out on the playoffs once again in their first season in Las Vegas.

With Super Bowl LV coming to a close on Sunday, and Tom Brady winning his seventh ring, all 32 NFL teams now reset their records to 0-0 and prepare for the offseason. There is a lot of work to do on this roster, including building up all three levels of their defense, and there is going to be some tough cuts to get under the salary cap.

By the time the 2021 NFL Draft rolls around in April, the roster is going to look a lot different, as the Raiders need to shed some big-money contracts, and make some difficult changes in terms of who returns in 2021. In Jon Gruden’s fourth season as head coach, it is playoffs or bust, and he and Mike Mayock will need a solid 2021 NFL Draft to right some of the wrongs on this roster.

Using the Draft Network’s mock draft simulator, the Raiders address a ton of issues with their six picks.
