Should the Raiders sign him?

Ultimately, I do not think the Las Vegas Raiders should sign Jackson at this point in his career. Although the Raiders have been linked to Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith Schuster, I think he either goes to the Jets or returns to the Steelers.

If the Raiders are going to take a chance on an oft-injured, older wide receiver, I’d rather it be AJ Green, as he is in line for a career rejuvenation hopefully getting away from Cincinnati.  But if the Raiders want to swing big at the wide receiver position, I think Allen Robinson should be the target, because I think Chris Godwin will ultimately resign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Robinson is done playing with inconsistent quarterbacks and would enjoy playing with a quarterback the caliber of Derek Carr.

At the end of free agency, neither of those will actually be the choice, as Robinson is likely to be franchised, and Godwin is looking for a monster payday. Agholor shined this past season and deserves to be back, but as far as Jackson goes, it is a hard pass from me.
