What if the Las Vegas Raiders could retool their front seven in one fell swoop?

A Las Vegas Raiders trade with the Tennessee Titans on the 2021 NFL Draft’s opening night would alter the team’s course in terms of draft capital. Well, at least in this latest mock scenario for the Silver and Black it does, as they trade back a bit, get another second rounder, and really attempt to bolster the defense.

Essentially, Las Vegas would be receiving the 22nd overall pick from the Titans, along with their second round pick at 53. In exchange, the Titans would receive the 17th selection and the Raiders’ third-round selection.

The possibility of picking up Notre Dame’s Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah was too much to pass up for Mike Vrabel and the Titans in this mock.

Moving down a few slots and still picking up an upper-echelon defensive prospect while gaining an additional second-round selection would be huge. The Raiders would then be in a position to land three Day 1 starters with this haul.
