The Las Vegas Raiders enter the 2021 offseason with issues on both sides of the ball, cap problems, and will not have multiple first-round picks to try and get right. As they look towards the 2021 NFL season, there is also a lot to be excited about, including just how explosive this offense could end up being.

Here are three potential breakout stars on offense for the 2021 season.

Raiders offensive breakout stars, 2021: Foster Moreau

Last offseason, the Raiders decided to add veteran Jason Witten to the tight end room, as Jon Gruden loved his leadership ability, and felt he could still help the team. Really, all Witten ended up doing was stealing snaps from Foster Moreau, a player who showed outstanding ability as a fourth-round rookie in 2019.

Moreau, who was more of a blocking tight end at LSU, displayed the ability to find the end zone as a rookie, as five of his 21 catches went for a touchdown, and he was named to Pro Football Focus All-Rookie Team. The expectation was that he would be the No. 2 behind Darren Waller in Year 2, but Witten ended up ruining any chance of that, stunting his growth in the process.

Still, Moreau made the most of his opportunities, and despite hauling in only seven passes, he did find the end zone once more, scoring on two of those receptions. In 2021, he has to be the TE2 behind Waller, as he can block, catch, and make plays in the red zone.
