The Las Vegas Raiders are looking to get over that playoff hump in 2021, and they will need a strong offseason to do so.

When Jon Gruden returned to the Raiders franchise back a few years back, the feeling was that he would get this team back to being one of the best in the AFC. In his first go-around in the Silver and Black, Gruden was one of the best young head coaches in the NFL, and led this team to the playoffs in his last two seasons, going 22-10, making an AFC title game, and ‘losing’ the following year in the Tuck Rule Game.

However, he was traded away to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after the loss to the New England Patriots, then proceeded to beat the Raiders in the Super Bowl that followings season. As he returned, he promised many things, like Paul Guenther is a good coach, and they would bring Khalil Mack back, two things he missed on.

Still, the Raiders have gone up in wins the last two seasons, four in 2018, seven in 2019, and eight in 2020, but they have faltered down the stretch in the last two years. They need to rebuild this roster if they want to get over the hump in 2021, and here we track all the moves heading into Year 4.

With that said, let us look at who is new in the Silver and Black in 2021, and who is on their way out the door.
