The Las Vegas Raiders are signing pass-rusher Yannick Ngakoue to a two-year deal, what does this mean for Clelin Ferrell?

The Las Vegas Raiders were in desperate need of a pass rusher for the 2021 season, and after experimenting with the likes of Vic Beasley and Takk McKinley off the scrap heap, they found their stud in Yannick Ngakoue and signed him to a two-year deal. Ngakoue has been a target of the Raiders since he made it clear in the 2020 offseason that he would not be playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, but they could not make a trade happen.

Since then, Ngakoue was traded to Minnesota then traded once again to Baltimore and is likely one of the best players ever to officially be a member of four teams in seven months. He was still relatively productive despite never being fully settled with either team due to having no preseason with the Vikings and joining the Ravens mid-season.

Looking ahead, the addition of Ngakoue changes a lot about this Raiders defense, which will be headed by Gus Bradley, the man who drafted him back in 2016 when he was the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Bradley was able to get a lot out of Yannick as a rookie, and now that he is a seasoned vet, the sky is the limit.

With Ngakoue aboard, let us take a look at Clelin Ferrell, and how this move affects the former No. 4 overall pick.
