The Las Vegas Raiders have revamped their defensive line early in free agency, and have positively bolstered the group.

The Las Vegas Raiders have been silently active in free agency as they work to manipulate the adjusted salary cap to fit the 2021 season. A flurry of trades has sent three-fifths of the offensive line out of Las Vegas in return for a slew of draft picks.

As the Raiders look to improve upon their 2020 8-8 record, especially on the defensive side of the ball where they were one of the worst in the league last season. Las Vegas struggled at stopping the run and rushing the passer, and new defensive coordinator Gus Bradley is already making his mark.

Looking at the defensive line, the struggle was real, as they managed only 21 sacks as a team, including seven from Maxx Crosby. They needed to upgrade in the interior, and on the edges, and quietly, they have done just that early on in the free agency process.
