2021 NFL Draft: Las Vegas Raiders add elite LB in full first-round mock

Trevon Moehrig. 25. player. 52. . S. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars continue to have a hole at the safety position, and after making a big change to their offense earlier in the draft, they add a big piece to their defense here, adding the best safety in the draft in Trevon Moehrig.

Moehrig can play all over the field, whether he is needed for coverage over the top, or lining up in the box and making tackles. The Jaguars have made some great moves in free agency already this offseason, and are checking off a lot of boxes heading into Urban Meyer’s first season.

26. player. 53. . Edge. Cleveland Browns. Jayson Oweh

The Cleveland Browns strengthen an already solid pass rush, adding Jayson Oweh to the opposite side of Myles Garrett. Oweh will benefit from learning from one of the best pass rushers in the league, as well as stepping into an up-and-coming team like the Browns.

Oweh has everything physical you look for in an edge rusher, but the problem is, he racked up zero sacks playing for Penn State. He will have to fix that if he is going to live up to a first-round billing, and learning from Garrett will help him do just that.

. Edge. Baltimore Ravens. Azeez Ojulari. 27. player. 26

The Baltimore Ravens are a team that is going to be right back in the mix in terms of the playoffs, but the AFC North is loaded, and they need to improve their pass rush. Enter Azeez Ojulari, a dominating edge rusher from the University of Georgia, and a guy who can come in and join an already solid defense in Baltimore.

As long as Lamar Jackson is their quarterback, the Ravens are going to be a playoff contender, now they just need to continue to move in the right direction once they get there.

. WR. New Orleans Saints. Elijah Moore. 28. player. 15

Another team that needs a wide receiver is the New Orleans Saints, especially with the exit of Emmanuel Sanders, and the concern with Michael Thomas. Unlike his Ole Miss counterparts AJ Brown and DK Metcalf, Moore does not have the size to wow NFL scouts, but he certainly has the game.

Moore is solid all around, with great speed, route running and being aggressive to the ball, and I believe Moore could be the steal of this draft. The Saints are losing Drew Brees to retirement, so any weapon on that side of the ball that can help ease that loss will be crucial to their success in 2021.
