3 things the Las Vegas Raiders would like to find in their Easter baskets

A solid 2021 NFL Draft class

For the past two years, the Raiders have been really hit-or-miss when it has come to the NFL Draft. There have been some hits, including guys like Josh Jacobs, Maxx Crosby, Trayvon Mullen, and Hunter Renfrow, but after holding five first-round picks the last two years, the results have not been as good as expected.

Entering the 2021 NFL Draft, the Raiders hold only one first-round pick, but they do have eight selections, including two in the third and fifth rounds. A solid 2021 NFL Draft class would go a long way in them getting better on both sides of the ball, as they have added talent via free agency, but have work left to do.

In the first round, the Raiders could go several different ways, as they need a right tackle, help in the secondary, and overall depth at multiple spots. It has been a long time since the Raiders have gotten the draft right, and struggling to gain playmakers this time around could spell trouble for Mike Mayock.
