Las Vegas Raiders: 3 former players who still need a team for the 2021 season
Kelechi Osemele, OG
For a three-year stretch with the Raiders, offensive guard Kelechi Osemele was an absolute mauler, going to two Pro Bowls, and being named an All-Pro. He was a monster addition to this franchise, serving as one of the best offensive guards in the game, before being traded away to the New York Jets after the 2018 NFL season.
With the Jets, Osemele had the weirdest season of his career, as he had an injury that required surgery, but New York refused to let it happen. He ended up having to get the surgery himself, and after leaving the franchise, he latched on to the Kansas City Chiefs for the 2020 season.
Injuries robbed him of a productive season with the Chiefs as well, and he is still looking for a new home for the 2021 campaign.
As we inch closer to the 2021 NFL Draft, the Raiders should still be very active in free agency, as they have some wiggle room to play with in terms of the salary cap. This is a team that was .500 this past season, and with the right few pieces added, could finally make it to the playoffs for the first time since the 2016 season.
