The Las Vegas Raiders face a pivotal season and they will need major help in the 2021 NFL Draft, here is the final mock before the big weekend.

With the 2021 NFL Draft just hours away, the Las Vegas Raiders will soon be on the clock in year four of the Jon Gruden era. Mike Mayock will be entering his third draft and after mixed results so far, he will likely need a great draft if he wants to see a fourth offseason with the Raiders.

Jon Gruden’s seat is not nearly as hot as he still has six years left on his contract, but things might start getting a little warmer than usual for him if the team struggles or misses the playoffs once again. The best way for Gruden to do that is to build up the talent level through the draft while also patching some of the holes that happened as a result of players leaving in free agency or traded in cap relief moves.

The Raiders most glaring needs are still at right tackle and free safety but there are others such as linebacker depth, overall offensive line depth, and overall depth at all three levels of the defense. This is a pivotal draft for the Gruden-Mayock partnership and with so much at stake we know they have been burning the midnight oil trying to find the best prospects, steals, and fits for this Raiders team.

After a long spring of mock drafts and projections let’s dive into the final mock draft of the offseason ahead of the 2021 NFL Draft.
