The Las Vegas Raiders hold the No. 17 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, and Raider Nation has to be prepared for them to reach with the selection.

If there is one team in the NFL that reaches in the first round, it is the Las Vegas Raiders, and although we hope it doesn’t happen again, we need to be prepared for it. In 2019, Clelin Ferrell was seen as a reach at pick No. 4, while Damon Arnette was not on anybody’s first-round mock drafts heading into Day 1.

Micah Parsons, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, Teven Jenkins, Trevon Moehrig are all players that the Raiders have been projected to take with the 17th pick of the draft, but those players could be wishful thinking. Unfortunately, if history repeats itself, Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden will have other plans, selecting a player that comes out of nowhere.

You can try to predict who the Raiders will select every year, whether you think they will take Devin White and they select Ferrell, CeeDee Lamb and they select Henry Ruggs, or literally any other top-five cornerback instead of Arnette. The Raiders are the most unpredictable team come draft day.

With that being said, let’s take a look at four players that the Raiders could potentially reach for in tomorrow’s first round.
