3 cornerbacks the Raiders should target on Day 3 of the 2021 Draft

No. 2: Kary Vincent Jr., LSU

One player we have been mocking to the Las Vegas Raiders on Day 3 is LSU cornerback Kary Vincent Jr., who won a national title with the Tigers two seasons ago. This is a guy who was absolutely dominant during the 2018 and 2019 college football seasons, nabbing four interceptions during the national title-winning season.

Unfortunately for Vincent when it comes to the Raiders, he did opt out in 2020, and the team has shown that they are avoiding players who did so during the draft. However, this is a kid who could end up being a major steal on Day 3, as he has elite coverage skills, and the ability to go up and make plays on the ball.

Las Vegas cannot afford to get too picky when it comes to cornerbacks on Day 3, as they must take the absolute best one available, no matter whether or not they played in 2020. Opting out in 2020 did not affect a lot of the players taken in the first round, and it should not affect Vincent on Saturday, hopefully.
