The Las Vegas Raiders will battle it out in the AFC West this season, and here are three newcomers they should be worried about.
It has been a busy offseason for the Las Vegas Raiders and the entire AFC West, as the Silver and Black and the rest of the division looks to finally knock off the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs have dominated the division the past five seasons, winning the division every time, and capturing a Super Bowl championship in the process.
With that said, here are three rookies coming into the AFC West that the Raiders should be worried about in 2021.

Denver Broncos: Patrick Surtain, CB
The Denver Broncos were in the headlines a lot this past offseason, as questions still remain as to whether or not Drew Lock is the future for the franchise. They were rumored to be the mix for Aaron Rodgers and brought in Teddy Bridgewater, but as of now, it looks like it is still Lock’s job to lose.
During the 2021 NFL Draft, the Broncos passed on a quarterback, and instead decided to select the best defensive back in the draft class. Patrick Surtain certainly fills a void for them at cornerback, and in a secondary where Derek Carr had a lot of success against in 2020, he is an elite talent to try and shut down the passing attack.
