Las Vegas Raiders: 3 bold, early defensive predictions for 2021

No. 1: Multiple Pro Bowl players

Looking at the current starters for this Raiders defense, there is a lot of hope that the group as a whole will take a big step forward. In fact, the team brought in some former Pro Bowl players this offseason, adding talent to all three levels of the defense in an attempt to change the narrative.

In fact, there are a handful of players who could get Pro Bowl nods this upcoming season, including the two edge rushers, Maxx Crosby and Yannick Ngakoue. In addition, Nick Kwiatkoski is projected to be a breakout player in 2021, and fellow linebacker Cory Littleton will hopefully revert to the form that made him a standout player in Los Angeles.

In the secondary, Trayvon Mullen is a talented cornerback, and as a second-round pick, Trevon Moehrig could be a big surprise for the league in 2021. Overall, you have to like the talent that is coming into camp this upcoming season, and it would not shock you if the team had a few Pro Bowlers on that side of the ball.
