The Las Vegas Raiders are looking to punch their ticket to the playoffs this season, and these three players must build off last season.

The goal is simple for the 2021 Las Vegas Raiders, and that is taking the next step forward, and becoming a perennial playoff team. Last season, just as they did the season before, the Silver and Black squandered an early-season run, missing the playoffs once again.

In 2021, the fans will be back, and you can be sure that Allegiant Stadium is going to give them a home-field advantage. They have the talent on both sides of the ball to be successful again in 2021, but after winning eight games in 2020, and the league going to a 17-game slate, at least a two-win improvement will be needed.

Looking at the roster, the team did a nice job bringing in talent, and there is a lot of good talent remaining from last year’s team. Staying with that theme, some players had solid seasons in 2020, and if the Raiders are to do anything of substance this season, they must continue to move in the right direction.

With that said, here are three players who took a step forward last night, and cannot afford to step backward in 2021.
