Las Vegas Raiders: Updated 2021 53-man roster projection heading into the summer

Cornerback (6): Trayvon Mullen, Casey Hayward, Damon Arnette, Amik Robertson, Nate Hobbs, Isaiah Johnson

When it comes to the 2020 Raiders, the secondary was downright atrocious at times, so the organization went out and brought in some fresh talent for the 2021 campaign. Trayvon Mullen returns as the presumed CB1, but it is who they plan on starting around him that is the big question heading into the summer.

Casey Hayward was recently signed in free agency, and you have to think that he is starting on the outside opposite Mullen to start camp. In the slot, Amik Robertson could be the answer, but he did not play much as a rookie, and like Damon Arnette, Nate Hobbs, and Isaiah Johnson, they still have a lot to prove.

I believe the biggest wild card here is Arnette, who was a first-round selection of the team in 2020 and did close to nothing as a rookie. He has put on some pounds this offseason and looks ready to come in and make an impact, and if he can play up to his first-round selection, this could end up being a young, talented group.
