Las Vegas Raiders: 5 most underrated moves of the 2021 offseason
Bringing back Nicholas Morrow
Though the Raiders did a nice job bringing in talent from outside the organization this offseason, they also did a solid job in bringing back some of their own. One player who fits that second category is Nicholas Morrow, who had an outstanding season at linebacker for Las Vegas in 2020.
In Morrow, the Raiders get a homegrown guy who has fought for everything he has gotten at the NFL level, this after being an undrafted free agent. As Cory Littleton struggled last season, it was Morrow and Nick Kwiatkoski who stepped up and led this linebacker unit, so it was great to see the franchise bring him back.
In 2021, he is expected to be one of the three starters at linebacker for Gus Bradley, and he should thrive in the new defense. He is a guy who is a key to this defense and certainly deserved to be brought back for another go-around in the desert this upcoming season.
