Las Vegas Raiders: 5 most underrated moves of the 2021 offseason

Signing Darius Stills as a UDFA

The Las Vegas Raiders made seven selections in the 2021 NFL Draft, focusing on the defense after selecting Alex Leatherwood in the first round. After the draft, they did a nice job of adding some talent as undrafted free agents, and one of those signings could have a major impact as a rookie.

Since arriving in Las Vegas, Darius Stills has certainly turned some heads, and he is a guy who could certainly earn a roster spot. Even if he does not make the 53-man roster, he is a great talent to stash on the practice squad, as we saw last season that defensive tackles have a tendency to get hurt often.

In Stills, the Raiders not only found a gem, but they found a young defensive tackle that can be a building block for this defense down the road. I actually like him to make the roster, and get some legitimate playing time in 2021, especially if some of the veterans they brought in via free agency falter during the summer months.
