3 departures the Las Vegas Raiders will miss the most in 2021
Rodney Hudson
The third name on our list is a no-brainer, as Rodney Hudson has done nothing but become the premier center in the NFL since putting on the Silver and Black. A former Kansas City Chief, Hudson was the anchor for the Raiders offensive line for years now, and became a constant for quarterback Derek Carr along an offensive line that has had plenty of new faces.
In fact, him being traded to the Arizona Cardinals this offseason was a shock, as he was still under contract with the team, and was showing no signs of slowing down. Now with Arizona, he has already been ranked as the top center in the NFL by Pro Football Focus, and this could end up coming back to haunt the Raiders.
Las Vegas will try and replace Hudson by going with Andre James or Nick Martin, one guy with experience, and one with none. Martin was the starter in Houston the last few seasons, and James was given a new contract this offseason, but no matter who ends up winning the job, they are not going to be able to replace a legend in Hudson.
