Predicting the Las Vegas Raiders 2021 season game-by-game

Week 17 at Indianapolis Colts

The Las Vegas Raiders will go on the road for the final time in the regular season in Week 17, as they head east once again to take on the Indianapolis Colts. After the retirement of Philip Rivers this past season, the Colts will turn to Carson Wentz, who played his best football under his new head coach, Frank Reich, when Reich was an OC for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Despite a solid season from Wentz, who should bounce back under Reich, the Raiders lean on a run-heavy offense to pick up the win on the road. Josh Jacobs and Kenyan Drake combine for over 300 yards of total offense, as the Raiders chew up the clock and win their ninth game of the season.

While the win guarantees them their first winning season since 2016, that is not the goal this season, as they will look to close out their year with another win, and hopefully a playoff berth. To do so, they will have to beat a divisional rival, as the Los Angeles Chargers come to town in the final game of the 17-game slate.

Prediction: Raiders 27, Colts 21
