Predicting the Las Vegas Raiders 2021 season game-by-game

Week 5 vs. Chicago Bears

It is the “Return of the Mack” game, as Khalil Mack will make his return to the Raiders, this time as an opponent with the Chicago Bears. Sure, the Raiders have played against Mack in the past, but this one is different, as it will be the first time he takes on his former team inside their new stadium.

While Mack and Carr are great friends, he and this Bears defense is going to make it hard for the Silver and Black to score in this one. In fact, the Raiders struggle from the outset and need a big game from Josh Jacobs to overtake the Bears late, cruising to their third straight victory.

Las Vegas should have a big advantage in this one, as either Andy Dalton will still be the starting quarterback, or Justin Fields will be making one of the first road starts of his young career. Either way, Gus Bradley is going to have a solid game plan, as the Raiders hold an opponent under 20 points for the first time all season.

Prediction: Raiders 20, Bears 17
