With so many new faces every season, the Raiders need guys to come in and play big roles. With that said, some will only get one season in Vegas.

The Las Vegas Raiders will be welcoming fans into Allegiant Stadium for the first time in 2021, as their inaugural season was played inside an empty building due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting with the Baltimore Ravens in primetime in Week 1, the Raiders will be looking to finally get back to the playoffs, a place they have been only once since the 2002 NFL season.

To try and accomplish this, Las Vegas brought in a bunch of new faces via free agency, and it will be interesting to see how they all fit. While some of the bigger-name players should certainly make the roster, as they were brought in to do just that, some will only get to don the Silver and Black for one season.

Every year it seems like the Raiders go out and get talent, the players underperform, and they are shown the door. Under Mike Mayock, the franchise has been quick to hand out one-year, prove-it deals, and while some have done well, for example, Nelson Agholor, production has been few and far between.

Here, we look at three new players who could be one-and-done for the Raiders in 2021.
