The Las Vegas Raiders roster has solid depth at several different position groups, including some who have 2022 starters as backups in 2021.

We are a few weeks away from the Las Vegas Raiders kicking off their 2021 training camp, and the roster will soon start to come into focus. For some position groups, the starters are already set heading into camp, as guys like Derek Carr, Josh Jacobs, and Darren Waller are in no danger of losing their spots.

However, as is the case for any franchise that has been to the playoffs only once since the 2002 NFL season, there are a ton of starting jobs up for grabs. From players who did not perform to expectations last season to rookies coming into the league, it will be interesting to see who can nab starting spots this summer.

Las Vegas is expecting to be a playoff team this season, and they certainly have enough talent on both sides of the ball to at least make a run. To actually make the playoffs, plenty of players are going to have to step up, and we should see a bunch of surprises come to the forefront during the summer months.

Looking at some potential starters, here are four players who may not start in 2021, but will be in the starting lineup in 2022.
