1. Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs have a great collection of talent at the wide receiver position and it all starts with Tyreek Hill. Hill may not have the best hands in the NFL but he has game-breaking speed and quickness and despite his size, can still make contested catches against defensive backs.
The speedster is one of the best deep threats in NFL history and while his production is aided by Patrick Mahomes’ huge arm, he was still a Pro Bowler with Alex Smith running the show. Hill makes everyone around him better but the other receivers have plenty of talent as well.
Demarcus Robinson is the slowest of the bunch having run “only” a 4.59 40 but he is a bigger receiver than Hill or Mecole Hardman and can make contested catches as well. He has become a consistent second or third receiver for KC and gives Mahomes a different type of target on the outside.
Opposite Hill and Robinson are Mecole Hardman who, if you ask him, is just as fast as his teammate Tyreek Hill. Hardman ran a 4.33 coming out of Georgia and that speed has been on display at the NFL level in the return and passing game. Neither Hardman nor Robinson have topped 600 yards in their time with the Chiefs but they have never had more than 62 targets given how often Travis Kelce and Hill are targeted.

After the top three, there are plenty of unproven players like Byron Pringle and Antonio Callaway but the Chiefs also drafted Clemson’s Cornell Powell in the fifth round and he is another burner with 4.4 speed. Powell had a productive senior season with 882 yards and 7 touchdowns in 12 games and could be yet another weapon for Mahomes and Andy Reid to exploit.
