In his first NFL Draft back as the head coach of the then-Oakland Raiders, Jon Gruden certainly had some misses back in 2018.

When Jon Gruden returned to coach then then-Oakland Raiders, it was seen as the beginning of something special for the franchise. In his first run with the team, Gruden had made the Silver and Black one of the better teams in the NFL, making them a legitimate Super Bowl contender.

However, he ended up being shipped away to Tampa Bay, and in his first season with the Buccaneers, he beat his old team in the Super Bowl. Since then, Gruden has had an up-and-down coaching career, and since coming back to the Raiders, he has yet to show he can close out a season.

Las Vegas has been great early on in both 2019 and 2020, but faltered down the stretch, and have still only been to the playoffs once since the 2002 NFL season. Looking at his current draft history, his first draft back with the franchise in 2018 yielded very few results, though there are some players we wish would have worked out.

Here are three Raiders from the 2018 NFL Draft that was misses, but should not have been.
