Las Vegas Raiders: 5 potential cut candidates the team could sign this summer

Jordan Hicks, LB, Arizona Cardinals

In six seasons, Jordan Hicks has proven to be a reliable linebacker in the NFL. His stats show 522 tackles, 6.5 sacks, and eleven interceptions in his career, solid numbers by any means across that period of time.

Although Hicks has played well in his career, the Cardinals have added a lot of young talent at the position in the last two years, including two first-round picks at the position. That could mean that Hicks is the odd man out in Arizona, and the Raiders should welcome him with open arms if that happens.

Hicks would bring immediate veteran leadership, a healthy body with little to no recent injury history, and depth at a position that badly needs it on the Raiders roster. Out of everyone in the linebacker group, the team really only has one player that stood out last season, and if Hicks joined the Raiders, he could fight for a lot of playing time immediately.
