The Las Vegas Raiders made some wholesale changes with the roster, and personnel this offseason, and here are three offensive departures that will hurt.

As July comes to a close, and the autumn wind of August peers into the future, the Las Vegas Raiders are set to return to Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center to begin training camp for the 2021 season.

Though there will be a ton of familiar faces around the facility, Las Vegas will miss a few prominent ones. The departure of a few of the Raiders’ top players and coaches raised some eyebrows in the offseason, particularly in the manner in which they departed.

As the team looks to get on the field and work to achieve their goal of returning to the playoffs for the first time since 2016, they will have to do so without some key pieces. As is the case with every franchise, players and coaches come and go, and it will be up to the organization to find the right people to replace them.

Here, we will take a look at some of the offseason moves on offense that could potentially end up hurting the team as the season looms.
