With questions on both sides of the ball, this is a huge summer for the Las Vegas Raiders, who could see some of those questions turn into strengths.
The Las Vegas Raiders have not made the playoffs since the 2016 NFL season, and that year ended in heartbreak, as Derek Carr was injured in Week 16, and any chance of a Super Bowl appearance went with him. Since then, the team has fired their head coach, brought back Jon Gruden, and have made a slow, but steady move up the win column each year.
Now, with the team fresh off an 8-8 season, they will look to complete the puzzle, putting two halves of a season together, and finally get back to the playoffs. To do so, the Silver and Black will have to be better on both sides of the ball, and there are certainly some question marks on both defense and offense heading into the summer months.
Training camp is on the horizon, and the team has plenty of the position groups that are a question mark right now, but do have some talent on the depth chart. In order for the Raiders to keep pace in the AFC West, they must improve in a big way this upcoming season, and for once, it looks like they have the talent to do so.
With that said, here are three position groups that could go from a question to a strength this season.
