Las Vegas Raiders: Predicting the All-AFC West defense in 2021

Linebackers

Cory Littleton, Las Vegas Raiders

Cory Littleton is the first player on this list that has earned his place based on more of a prediction than anything. Littleton was not good in his first year with the Las Vegas Raiders, struggling to show that the large investment made to pry him from the Rams was worth it.

Despite this, the addition of Gus Bradley as the Raiders defensive coordinator should do wonders for Littleton, as he had issues picking up former coordinator Paul Guenther’s scheme. Look for Littleton to get back closer to his 2019 form this upcoming season.

Alexander Johnson, Denver Broncos

Alexander Johnson is a tackling machine. Over the past two seasons for Denver, Johnson has accumulated 217 total tackles, including 123 solo tackles. Johnson has become a staple for the Denver defense and has emerged as one of the best linebackers in the division.

Josey Jewell, Denver Broncos

Everything that was previously said about Alexander Johnson can essentially be copy and pasted here for Josey Jewell. Jewell has 207 tackles since being drafted in the fourth round by the Broncos out of Iowa, including ten tackles for loss.

Jewell flies around the field and is going to be a good player for a long time. Denver found a couple gems with these two.
