As we continue to see the Madden 22 ratings come out, some Las Vegas Raiders stars are getting some early love from the franchise.

Every year, video game lovers wait for the latest addition to the Madden franchise to come out, buying it across multiple platforms. The Las Vegas Raiders saw their brand new stadium included in last year’s game, and this year, we will get to play with the team’s latest rookie additions, and see guys like Yannick Ngakoue and John Brown in the Silver and Black for the first time.

This offseason, the Raiders have attempted to revamp their roster on both sides of the ball, including bringing Brown and Ngakoue, as well as seven new draft picks. In addition, Kenyan Drake has arrived to back up Josh Jacobs at running back, and Casey Hayward should help the team improve in the secondary.

Overall, the talent on the Raiders roster is better than it was a year ago, so that should be reflected in the team’s Madden ratings once the entire roster comes out. The game is going to be released on August 20, 2021, but pre-orders are available starting on August 17.

Raiders stars ranked in the top-10 at their positions

Madden has started releasing their rankings this past week, starting with the top-ranked players overall, and then have started laying out the top-10 at each position group. For the Raiders, they saw two of their bigger stars ranked in the top-10 at their respective positions, with Darren Waller No. 3 at tight end, and Josh Jacobs at No. 8 at running back.

Both these ratings are no big surprise, as Waller is arguably the top player at his position group, and he and Jacobs were both Pro Bowlers last season.

Madden continues to be one of the more sought-after video games each and every year, and the Raiders are finally starting to get some love. Both Waller and Jacobs are stars at their respective positions, and it was nice to see that represented in the initial ratings at the running back and tight end positions.
