The Las Vegas Raiders retooled their offense for 2021 but here are 5 things that must happen for the unit to succeed this season.

The Las Vegas Raiders had a top-10 offense in 2020 and we’re lucky enough to bring back many of the same players in 2021. They replaced several members of the offensive line and have reloaded the wide receiver position with some new faces, and they’ve also added a few weapons in the backfield to give the offense some added depth.

Even with all of these moves on offense, the focus of the off-season among fans and media has been primarily on the defensive side of the ball. The defense struggled mightily in 2020 and though the offense was great in some categories, it still struggled in a few others and was not good enough to carry the team to the postseason.

Fixing the defense was definitely the main priority but upgrading the offense was as well

Despite the overall success of the offense last season, the changes made at some key position groups still leave us with several questions. If the team is to build on the successes of 2020, several things must happen.

Let’s start with the improvement of a highly talented young player that we are already seeing in training camp.
