Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 53-man roster prediction after preseason Game No. 1

Linebacker (6)

  • SLB: Tanner Muse, Javin White
  • MLB: Nick Morrow, Nick Kwiatkowski
  • WLB: Cory Littleton, Divine Deablo

So, Tanner Muse is a starter right now, and that’s definitely a bit of a shock. But if Bradley and Gruden have so much faith in him that he starts over Nick Kwiatkowski, then he must be making some impressive plays in camp.

He played a bit on Saturday and didn’t do too bad, so that’s a plus. We’ll have to see if he can hold onto that starting job for the rest of camp.

Nick Morrow’s breakout season has earned him a starting job again this season, in a much bigger role now than ever before. His speed and awareness allow him to be a great player at linebacker. Hopefully, last year’s performance indicates a big year ahead.

Cory Littleton will be under a lot of pressure this season. Las Vegas brought him in to be the same type of impact player that he was with the Los Angeles Rams and he couldn’t live up to expectations. Most believe it was because he couldn’t adapt to Paul Guenther’s system, which certainly could be the case.

For his sake, he has to find a way to bounce back this season now that he is in a new system.
