Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Rams: 3 bold predictions

Raiders nab two interceptions in the game

Staying on the defensive side of the ball, the Silver and Black have to love what they are seeing out of the secondary so far this summer. With the defensive line finally getting some push, the opportunities young players in the defensive backfield are making their presence felt, especially rookie Tre’Von Moehrig.

On Saturday night, we will not see Stafford, so it will be a steady dose of John Wolford, Bryce Perkins, and Devlin Hodges for the Rams. The talent drop-off from Stafford to those three guys is enormous, and if they get into some sticky situations, I could see this defense getting two or more interceptions in the game.

Overall, this is going to be another chance for the younger players, and bubble guys to make a name for themselves, and possibly earn a spot on the 53-man roster. We likely will not see the stars in this one, as they got enough reps during the scrimmages this week, but for those still on the fence, this is the second-to-last opportunity to put some good work on film.
