In 2021 preseason game No. 2, the Las Vegas Raiders travel to SoFi Stadium to take on the Los Angeles Rams looking to get to 2-0.

The Las Vegas Raiders will be playing their second preseason game of the season vs the Los Angeles Rams, as they look to run their record to 2-0 this August. It will be in familiar territory for the Raiders, the city of Los Angeles, which was the home of the team from 1982-1994, and also where a lot of Raider Nation still resides.

This is a game chalked full of backups, so do not expect to see your favorite players out there taking the field, including the likes of Josh Jacobs and Derek Carr. With teams still trying to fully figure out just who will make the roster before Week 1, it will be a game full of reserve players fighting for a spot on the team, and those players gave us quite a show in Week 1 of the preseason against Seattle.

This does not take away the level of competition here, as the Raiders and Rams really got after it this week, battling it out to fighting level in scrimmages. Still, the lack of star power could make this game unbearable late, but for those looking to secure roster spots, this is a great opportunity to make another big statement.

So, let’s take a look at what are some of the keys to victory on Saturday night for the Silver and Black.
