Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 53-man roster prediction after preseason Game No. 2

Running Back (4): Josh Jacobs, Kenyan Drake, Trey Ragas, Alec Ingold

Looking at the running back room, there is a lot to like, especially atop the depth chart with Josh Jacobs and Kenyan Drake. Both men can get the job done on the ground, and through the air, and having Drake on the roster could go a long way in keeping Jacobs fresh throughout a 17-game season.

At running back No. 3 is where it gets interesting, as Trey Ragas and B.J. Emmons are battling it out to supplant Jalen Richard in that role. Richard has been battling injuries and COVID-19 protocols all summer long, and by the time he gets ready to help this team, he could be on his way out.

Then there is the fullback spot, where Alec Ingold is one of the better young players at his position in the game. When all is said and done, I believe Ragas makes the 53-man roster based on his skill set, and the Silver and Black go into the 2021 season with four running backs against a tough Ravens defense.
