Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 53-man roster prediction after preseason Game No. 2

Tight End (3): Darren Waller, Foster Moreau, Derek Carrier

The Las Vegas Raiders have an incredible duo atop the depth chart at the tight end position, including one player who could be the best tight end in the game. Since putting on the Silver and Black, Darren Waller has taken the NFL by storm, and this could be the year he passes Travis Kelce and George Kittle as the best in the game.

While Waller is as exciting as it gets for Raiders fans, his backup this season should bring the fans to their feet on many occasions. Now back in a prime role with the Raiders, Foster Moreau should build off a solid rookie season, as well as an up-and-down sophomore campaign, one that saw him lose playing time to Jason Witten.

The No. 3 tight end spot is still up for grabs, but when all is said and done, I believe that Derek Carrier will once again be on the active roster. He knows the offense, is a solid blocker and has shown the ability to come up with a big catch or two throughout the season. All told, this group is elite.
