Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 53-man roster prediction after preseason finale

Offensive Line (8)

  • T: Kolton Miller, Alex Leatherwood, Brandon Parker
  • G: Denzelle Good, Richie Incognito, John Simpson
  • C: Andre James, Nick Martin

Getting Andre James and Alex Leatherwood reps during the preseason was a great move by the Las Vegas coaching staff. Leatherwood especially shined during the games that he was in. He showed exceptional strength and speed, constantly plowing over defensive linemen on running plays.

If he can replicate that type of play in the regular season, then Las Vegas really grabbed a great player with the 17th overall pick.

Richie Incognito’s injury doesn’t seem to be a serious or long-term one. That’s a huge relief for Vegas, as they have been craving Incognito’s presence on the field for the regular season. He provides a great leadership presence, and he pairs well with the constantly developing left tackle, Kolton Miller.

Las Vegas has some solid depth on the offensive line as well. Brandon Parker hasn’t been the best in the past, but he has certainly shown glimpses of improvement when he does get playing time.

Nick Martin is a really solid veteran player who can step in if needed, and John Simpson could eventually be the team’s starting guard in the next year or two.
