The Las Vegas Raiders will take on the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1, and these three members of the Silver and Black have the most to prove.

The highly anticipated Monday night encounter between the Las Vegas Raiders and Baltimore Ravens is nearly here. With Week 1already underway, it is only a matter of days before the Raiders finally take the field in front of Raider Nation.

The Raiders have a rather peculiar task at hand vs the Ravens. The injury bug is alive and well in Baltimore, with three running backs already down for the season with torn ACLs. The devastating knee injury even struck All-Pro cornerback Marcus Peters, who also suffered the same injury this week during practice

Also, Baltimore will be without their 2021 first-round pick, Rashod Bateman, for the clash.

No matter what occurs in football, the saying is always the same, it is time for the next man to step up, and even with all the injuries, you still cannot ignore the fact the Ravens are still a dangerous and competent team.

Having to defend against a former MVP and dual-threat quarterback is always a tough task, which is who the Raiders will be facing in Lamar Jackson. His ability to take off out of the backfield makes him a difficult player to decipher.

Defense is also a strong point for the Ravens, as yearly the franchise somehow finds ways to always field a tough and stifling defense. The spotlight in Vegas Monday night will be on numerous players, but a few still have plenty to prove as the Raiders are figuring out who is dependable and not.
