Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 season game-by-game predictions

Week 14 – @ Kansas City Chiefs: Loss

If the season pans out as predicted, Weeks 14 and 15 will make or break the Raiders playoff hopes. Starting with their second matchup of the season against the Cheifs in Kansas City, the road is a tough one to navigate.

The Raiders pulled off quite the upset last season in Kansas City and seem to have a playstyle that challenges the Chiefs. However, later in the season, it will be hard to expect the Raiders to beat a team as good as the Chiefs in the cold of December.

The Raiders will keep it close, as they seem to do against the Chiefs, but they haven’t proven they can keep pace offensively in the cold under Carr. That will come back to haunt them in this matchup, as they begin this five-game stretch to close the season on a sour note.
