Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 season game-by-game predictions

Week 11 – vs. Cincinnati Bengals: Win

When you see a team like the Bengals on the schedule, the natural thought is that your team should cruise to victory. However, the Raiders have had some struggles against Cincinnati in their last two meetings, even with a four-sack effort from Maxx Crosby a few years ago in his rookie campaign.

If Joe Burrow is healthy for the Bengals, this should be an offense capable of putting up points. The Raiders can’t afford to take them lightly and suffer a boneheaded loss as they have in the past two seasons. In 2020, it was the blowout against the Falcons, and in 2019 it was that no-show versus the Jets.

We’ll put this down as a win, but Jon Gruden needs to make sure this team has the necessary energy and mindset to win this game. Six wins in the first ten games is a good start for the Raiders, who will play in primetime on Thanksgiving Day the next time they take the field.
