Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 season game-by-game predictions

Week 5 – vs. Chicago Bears: Win

The media will play up the return of Khalil Mack a ton before this game, but the reality is the Raiders will be in an excellent position to end their losing streak. The Bears are not a very good roster and could be starting rookie Justin Fields by this point in the season.

The Raiders should take care of business at home as the more talented team and get things back on track. Even with Khalil Mack, the Bears are not the defense they once were, and their secondary has many concerns. They are also the oldest team in the league despite being in the midst of a rebuild.

Expect the Raiders to have a balanced attack, put up a good amount of points, and force the Bears to put the game in Fields’ hands. And even with some defensive struggles, the Raiders should be good enough to contain a rookie who won’t have a ton to work with.
